Recruitment/Careers site

Exclusive is committed to the online privacy of all its applicants.  This policy statement is designed to give a clear explanation of Exclusive data processing practices relating to the Recruitment process.

Collection of Information

Your data can be directly uploaded to our career site www.exclusive.co.uk/people  or  via  a 3rd Party Job Board, or given to an individual within the business or via a Recruitment Agency. 

The recruitment process requires certain data in order to process an application:

  • Your Name
  • Your address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your email address
  • Your CV

The data will be collected for the sole purpose of recruitment. Your application information will be stored on the careers database for current and future vacancies for a minimum period of 12 months.  You are in control of whether you wish your data to remain on our careers database. You will be sent emails after 1 year, 18 months, 2 years to remind you that we hold your data, and you are at liberty to remove it at any point. 

Deleting your details - You can delete your details by logging in to your account on the site. Plus we will send periodic reminders to ascertain if you wish your data to still be held.

Automated process within the Recruitment process – your permission will be sought if there is a requirement to automate your information.  For example, another vacancy has arisen and your skill set is appropriate, we will gain permission from you, before your details are sent to another Recruiting Manager.

Access to data – your data will only be accessed by the HR Team and the Recruitment Manager responsible for the recruitment of the position.
